It is the goal of The Way for it's participants to get plugged in and get connected on a deeper level no matter where they are on their life journey. We believe a healthy church is made up of thirds:

• One-third of people searching and seeking about spirituality and a relationship with Jesus Christ
• Another third having stepped over that line of faith and have committed their life to a relationship with Jesus Christ
• The final third are mature believers that are putting their faith into practice.

Our worship gatherings on Sundays are designed to be an entry point to a deeper relationship. We challenge people to get involved with a small group to challenge where they are on their journey. What we find in our Life Groups is that none of us have arrived in our journey and that we are continually challenged to move on to that next level. We believe serving is an important step in maturity.  Based on that belief, we have opportunities for people to utilize their giftedness from everything such as greeting guests to hospitality, teaching or even leading in worship. We serve our community through events such as our outdoor movie nights at Hassler Elementary, free carwashes, or our special events like our "We love our Pet day."   We invite you to get plugged in and connected to go to that next level on your spiritual journey.
